As we wrap up 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on all we’ve accomplished and look ahead to the exciting months to come. From coffee connects and happy hours to lunch-and-learns and workshops, I’m grateful to be part of such an engaged and welcoming community. I’m honored to serve as your Chapter President as we move into a new fiscal year, and with our term now extended through December 31, 2026, we have a great opportunity to continue learning and building on the momentum we’ve created together.

Thank you for being a part of our chapter! We’re proud to support A/E/C professionals across the region through education, professional development, and meaningful connections. I’m incredibly thankful for our board and their dedication to SMPS Ozarks, and I’m excited about what’s ahead, including the upcoming Shortlist Interview workshop with Dena Wyatt. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead. I can’t wait to continue this journey with all of you and see what we accomplish together in 2026.

December 4 — Beyond the Basics: Hidden Ways AI Can Transform AEC Marketing

Rohan Jawali, Founder and CEO of Joist AI, led a practical and insightful session exploring real-world applications of AI in our industry. Attendees gained a clearer understanding of how to securely leverage AI with company data while addressing common privacy concerns. The session also covered automated proposal processes, enhanced reporting tools, and cost-effective solutions that help to strengthen workflows and elevate overall marketing impact.

November Socials

November was the month to connect! Our chapter socials popped up across the region, bringing together members, fellow marketing pros, and guests for meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, and a chance to unwind. From Pedaler’s Pub in Bentonville to Pettaway Coffee in Little Rock and Roots Coffee Bar in Springfield, each stop sparked worthwhile conversations and great connections.
